Seven years leading data or system modernization projects in a state or federal government domain/agency. Five years of experience communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management, and user staff. Five years of experience with facilitating current state or application analysis sessions and documenting applications through use case process documents and workflow diagrams. Five years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation. Five years of experience with the use of Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel. Five years of experience developing project plans. Five years of experience with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to a management team. Five years of experience tracking work tasks and maintaining project schedules, including work breakdown structures. Five years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking. Five years of experience with delivering projects as per agreed schedule, in accordance with the current technical specification (within scope), and within the approved budget. Three years of experience working with health Information Technology (IT) systems. Preference will be given to individual who has experience with EHR systems. Three years of experience creating or contributing to software solicitation related documents (e.g. Schedule IV-B). Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
