Experience: 5 Years Client: State of Virginia Note: 20-hour per week role. They DO NOT anticipate this going to a full-time (40/hr /week) role. This position is 100% remote but candidate must be able to pick up equipment IN PERSON MAX VENDOR RATE: $45/hr on C2C. DAY TO DAY Work with the Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Operations Supervisor, and vendor to ensure grant-related software projects are achieved in a timely manner and according to regulation, state policy and procedure, and the guidelines in the vendors proposals. Assist with the development of internal and/or external training on new features in SNPWeb. Review and provide feedback on technical documents, conduct testing on system updates, and report results. Liaise with the vendor to ensure requirements are clearly defined and budgets and timelines adhered to. Provide technical assistance to SNP staff and program operators. The individual will also serve as back-up for the Systems Analyst as needed. Agency would provide any training needed on using our system and their vendors customer service portal.
