Responsibilities and Skills: Job ID: REQ-62900-00042799 Location: Salem, OR (ODF) Duration: 6+ months Description: The Department of Forestry seeks to create a SharePoint Online site called "ODF Hub". The ODF Hub will have a main home page, 5-7 subject groups and 30 department/program pages. The home page will include several large boxes with a list of page links. ODF requires standard templates but NO custom code or features. The branding and templates should have a consistent look and feel across the site and meet the state accessibility requirements. Would like to have the (below) options and features: Ability to add new pages and groups, including how to documentation. Policy and Forms: slicer by program or category Security layout that includes view-only rights for all staff, configuration and setup for a small group of Administrators (2-3), and file upload rights for page owners. They should include documentation of all security configurations. Meta Data required for all documents uploaded to the site (example: date created, author, date modified, department, category). Must meet current State accessibility requirements. News feed: Google News related to ODF, feed or links to ODF social media. Latest changes: The ability to show users what has changed on the site.
