Job Description: The ServiceNow HRSD Technical SME, who will work closely with stakeholders to understand and document requirements and recommend relevant ServiceNow solutions. The HRSD Technical SME will bring expertise and provide overall guidance on best practices and standards to serve business and technology groups. The position will require the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed. Responsibilities: Participates in requirements discussions and helps to resolve cross-functional conflicts. Designs, develops, configures, and customizes ServiceNow applications and services for the HRSD applications. Documents & maintains the process & procedures. Work closely with HRSD stakeholders to defines the process/service mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives and KPIs for HRSD Reviews stories for accurate definition & acceptance criteria Ensures consistent execution of the process. Prepare reports to track platform health and project team performance. Identifies new features & functionality pertinent to the business and drives adoption. Maintains stability and usability of the ITSM module. Assists with testing of defect remediation. Participates in upgrade planning and execution. Supports entire development lifecycle. Propose solutions to achieve complex business objectives. Lead technical conversations and assist in training and mentoring of more junior staff. Qualifications: Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementers Strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform Proficient in identifying solutions for the ServiceNow HRSD module. 3+ years' hand on experience with the ServiceNow platform 5+ years' relevant experience in Information Technology Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred. Cloud application technology experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to work within a complex business environment. Highly motivated to work on large and complex solutions. Proven experience navigating complex matrixed and global organizations. Proven ability to operate in a constant state of change, adapting style, approach, and delivery to drive to business outcomes in a pragmatic manner. Proven ability to think innovative in developing and executing change. Excellent facilitation skills and proven ability in promoting collaboration within and across teams. Proven ability to promote sharing of best practices and leverage learnings across teams.
