Work with the customer to understand their requirements and provide them appropriate guidance. Responsible for leading & conducting requirement gathering workshops & system walkthroughs and for overseeing near/offshore configuration delivery. Requirements Strong ability to lead the customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP SuccessFactors Solution portfolio. Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as remote, on the SAP Best Practice Processes and Configurations for Employee Central. Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution is required. SF Integration knowledge would be a plus. EC Payroll experience & skills would be a plus. Strong familiarity with the activate implementation methodology is required. Onsite travel will be required.
