Job Description - Title : Kore.AI Developer Location: Remote, (going hybrid next year) they prefer local to DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) or East Coast could have to go on site and would have to travel on their own $ Visa: GC/USC MOI: Skype Must be Covid vaccinated or have waiver Required Competencies MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF AI Hands-on experience with developing/managing Conversational AI Platform, integrations with NICE contact center. Kore.AI or some other conversational AI tool will be OK. Integrations with call centers a plus Very technical developer role Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Experience working with conversational AI platforms, specifically Kore.AI, and familiarity with its APIs and tools. Strong understand conversional AI and APIs integration with other systems. Implementation of conversational ai solution with telephony system, and API integration with other external systems. Proven experience as a software developer, with expertise in designing and developing conversational AI solutions. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Text to speech (TTS) / Speech to Text (STT) service integration experience is plus Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) concepts and technologies. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools. Participate in projects as a member of an Agile/Scrum team including project estimation, task creation and driving to complete tasks in each sprint in a timely manner Thanks and Regards.
