Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite CPQ and SuitePeople solutions. Configure and customize NetSuite CPQ and SuitePeople modules to align with business needs while following best practices and maintaining data integrity. Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to NetSuite. Conduct thorough testing of CPQ and SuitePeople modules to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Provide end-user training and create documentation to enable users to effectively utilize the new functionalities. Collaborate with technical teams as needed to address any integration requirements between CPQ, SuitePeople, and other systems. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving post-implementation issues and providing ongoing support during the transition period. Stay up-to-date with NetSuite's latest features, functionalities, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Document the implementation process, configurations, and any customizations made for future reference. Qualifications: Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant with a focus on implementing CPQ and SuitePeople modules. In-depth understanding of CPQ processes, pricing strategies, quoting, and sales configuration. Expertise in configuring SuitePeople modules, including HR, payroll, employee self-service, and onboarding. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive implementations from start to finish. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with data migration and integration processes within the NetSuite ecosystem.
