Position : Functional SAP PLM Analyst, No H1B Location: Wilmington, MA Duration: 12+ Months MOI: Phone and Video Key needs: 1. Onsite 5 days/wk 2. PLM functional a. EBOM, MBOM b. Engineering Change Management (ECM), Version, revision, change number c. DMS d. Workflow for change management automation e. Materials Management f.ECTR based integration skills g. Integration & Configuration 6 months (Possibly 1 year) ASAP Wilmington, MA On-site 5 days/week NO H1(must share visa copy both sides) The Senior Principal PLM Functional Analyst is a member of the Information Technology team that is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4 Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) including PLM application suites: Materials, Various BOMs, ECTR, DMS, Engineering Change Records (ECR/ECO), Workflow, and integration with CAD applications. Knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit for PLM relevant data (MM, BOM) migration is nice to have. Responsibilities: Being responsible for identifying & documenting business requirements and mapping them to SAP to design the future state solution. Configuring and prototyping business solutions based on blueprint/business process definitions. Assisting with testing activities such as, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, cases and scripts, as well as executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Developing a strong understanding of all system functions within the SAPS/4 Hana Product Lifecycle Management, and Materials Management functionality in order to effectively support and improve the on-going architecture. Planning, organizing, documenting, coordinating, and scheduling work in the development of assigned tasks. Lead or supervise the assignments of other team members. Assisting with training activities & users support and post implementation support. Staying abreast of current and future business policies, procedures, and workflows within the Business Unit that is supported. Develop and maintain engineering-related processes. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field 10+ years of ERP implementation experience as a Product Lifecycle Management Functional Analyst. Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of SAPS/4 Hana PLM (Materials, BOM, Change Management, DMS, Workflow), MM modules PS knowledge a plus Experience working with Engineering and Manufacturing teams in a fast-paced technology company Experience with management of outsourced manufacturing system processes Understands engineering design process, Materials, BOM & other related master data, collaboration with external partners. Some basic knowledge of project planning & execution, highly integrated project system with procurement, resources planning & budgeting, and milestones-based billing & revenue recognition. SAP certifications helpful Experience with an engineering organization would be a plus Experience with detailed requirements gathering and strong business process design skills. Significant experience with the unit, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, along with post-production support Ability to manage high-pressure situations and build trust with customers and stakeholders Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues and tasks Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail Capability to work independently, take the initiative with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Organized and detailed oriented Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology, preferrable experience in SAP Activate methodology.
