| Job: Workday Security Engineer- Location: 100% Remote, Contract -1 year+ Candidates can work 100% Remote. Candidates Must Have: Workday Workday Security Interview Process: Video Location: Remote Job Description: Responsibilities: Access Provisioning in the production and lower tenants Analyzing and creating security roles/groups as requested Analyzing and creating ISUs/ISSGs as requested Managing scheduled reporting Assisting with reporting changes as necessary Assisting with Workday Release events Named Support Contact with Workday as Security Admin Researching and expanding Workday Security knowledge through Community and associated training Maintaining audit data (approvals, role owner matrix) Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve system and process acumen Enable a culture of digital first through system automation by creating and implementing automated business process flows Knowledge of Workday security and how it impacts business process configuration Continue learning how business processes are enabled through technology Exchanges information with appropriate people to complete work, follows through on tasks and commitments and keeps information confidential, as warranted Complying with data privacy rules and regulations Responsible for information, support and explanation on the Workday system and administrative activities in support of the business Cross-train and network with others to expand/adopt system best-practices Minimum Experience: Minimum requirement: 4+ years of experience in a comparable client-facing IT role, preferably related to Workday Security Administration. Experience working with structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Exposure to diverse business ecosystems of moderate complexity in pharma, healthcare, biotech, and/or research organization preferred. Demonstrated history of leading discussions and documenting resulting business and/or technical requirements, user stories and process flows. Experience translating business requirements to technical/system requirements.
