10+ years experience in SAP Finance

Past experience in playing a service delivery manager role in an SAP AMS engagement in US

Experienced in working on Service Now and incidents management

Experienced in tickets aging analysis, and establishing governance reviews with customer stakeholders at various levels

Experienced in transition planning and driving transitions

Familiar with onsite-offshore delivery model

Good communication skills and high energy individual

Team leadership Identify, build, and nurture the talent
