The Job Description is : Job Description : As a member of our team, you will: Assist the Product Owner and Senior Analyst to write user-stories and acceptance criteria for each sprint, making sure each story aligns to our Objectives and Key Results Proactively bring ideas to the table to increase value for our clients, recognizing roadblocks early and present ideas to key partners Document data elements and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Review new/updated schemas and generate json to identify system impacts. Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to innovate, provide value, and address issues. Use applications in various non-production environments to test and demo product features. Create Operational Readiness documentation to support all releases. Assess impacts of changes required to support new policies and changes in other systems. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Agile product delivery experience including requirements capturing, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria. Knowledge of mongo databases, xml, json, and data mapping Experience with JIRA, automated testing, and writing feature files is a plus. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of Modern Delivery practices and participation in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, refinement sessions, demos, etc.) is a plus.
