Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/Time and Labor Functional Analyst Location: New York, NY Duration: Contract Visa: No H1B requires LOCAL candidates in NEW YORK *Experience: 8-10+ years* Assignment Details This position serves on a team of Oracle Fusion HCM subject matter experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of the Time and Labor and Payroll module. This person will work closely with Human Resources, Finance and our implementation partner during the implementation. The role is to assist in guiding the end-users from the design phase through the configuration and testing of the new system. Perform end-user testing including online functionality, integrations and reports Post go-live this position will provide post production support, assist with knowledge transfer activities and help ensure an overall smooth transition process to the new software. This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion HCM, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support. Perform other duties as assigned Duties and Responsibilities: The role is to assist in guiding the end-users from the design phase through the configuration and testing of the new Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Time and Labor system. Work with Implementation Partner to gather business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and develop functional specifications for data conversions and customizations. Provide functional support and configuration expertise to the Payroll and Time and Labor team. Advise the project team on best practices related to configuration and setup of Payroll and Time and Labor module. Perform testing and assist with defect resolution around Payroll and Time and Labor including online functionality, integrations and reports Knowledge of full cycle payroll and time and labor processing in Oracle Fusion HCM Partner with Payroll personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications. Modify or develop new queries and reports as needed. Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions. This is primarily a functional role Skills & Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/ Time and Labor functional analyst and/or super user. Successfully completed and/or involved in at least one full life-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll/Time and Labor implementation and/or upgrade. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM to include module expertise in Payroll Time and Labor. Oracle Fusion Absence Management experience a plus. Solid understanding of the entire Payroll and Time and Labor processes, underlying configuration tables, transaction tables, year-end processes and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions. Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
