Prior experience in managing Data processing analytics programs, including Robling. Help plan program strategy roadmap. High level reviews of existing Program strategies , governance structure and methodologies Managing Schedule , Scope, and Budget Tracking Risk and Issues Managing Stakeholder expectations Support/lead meetings for sensitive areas or areas with churn Increase likelihood of the team meeting project goals, with less frictions Reduce distractions for team members so they can efficiently complete the work at hand. Be an advisor to the senior leadership. Assist program team with solution points and trouble spots. Assist with keeping multiple cross functional teams oriented along common project goals.
