Reference - MUST BE INCLUDED WITH SUBMISSION Direct Managers Full Name: Company & Title where they managed the candidate : Phone number: JOB DESCRIPTION Client is seeking a Senior RSA Archer Developer to augment internal resources in building and maintaining new and existing applications and processes within our RSA Archer SaaS instance. This role will work independently and in collaboration with other Archer Developers to develop and maintain applications, workflows, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and questionnaires in the RSA Archer Platform. Responsible for the management and configuration of new and existing GRC and business applications, and managing and collaborating with business partners on the design, functionality, workflow, user access, and presentation of solutions. Other duties are listed under Responsibilities. SKILLS 5+ years of experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of RSA Archer applications. Strong understanding of the RSA Archer development environment, including the Application Builder, Efficient Form Design, Record/Application Access, Calculated Fields, Data-DrivenEvents, Notification Workflow, Advanced Workflow, and Calculated Fields. An understanding of the RSA Archer back-office functionality, including Access Control, Appearance, Application Builder, Integration, Management Reporting, Notifications, Workspaces, and Dashboards. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change. Certification as an RSA Archer Administrator is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES Incorporating basic to advanced features of the development environment using calculations, data-driven events, custom objects, data feed service configurations,and the application programming interface (API) in the solution design. Developing case documentation, working with technical resources to document system design, and providing technical support for associates using the platform. Providing subject matter expertise for the development and management of Archer applications, system management, version upgrades, and change management. Serving as the Point of Contact with vendor and UMB infrastructure teams as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution. Supporting the development and enforcement of Company policies and Archer Standards within the solution as it relates to data security and access controls, data governance, and change control.
