Demonstrated analytical background, experience managing vendor contracts and implementations. Deep knowledge of Queue management and other service center related applications a plus. Knowledge of end-to-end systems. Knowledge of ITIL processes and service delivery. Knowledge of requirements gathering and elicitation techniques.
