JOB TITLE: ETL Developer Duration: 6+ Month Location: Cerritos, CA (Remote) Visa: H1B, GC and USC MOI: Skype Client: UST/Elevance Health LINKEDIN PROFILE IS MANDATORY MUST HAVE: (LOCAL CANDIDATES NEEDED) REQUIREMENTS: 8+ years' as ETL developer (SSIS, Informatica) in SQL Server Environment 8+ years' supporting data consolidation, data acquisition, ETL, SQL IDEs and/or business intelligence solutions; Experience in working on EDQ/Analytics teams Working knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling; Solid SQL / T-SQL development: stored procedures, database triggers, views and other database Manipulation languages/methods Strong technical problem-solving skills and enthusiastic about learning new tools & technologies Ability to adhere to work plans and track assignments with minimal guidance Solid oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both Technical and non-technical stakeholders and interact with customer to qualify Healthcare Facilitate Iteration Planning Initiatives with the Product Owner and Scrum Team Collaborate with Product Stakeholders and help facilitate proper business engagement within an assigned Scrum team Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business, Enterprise Data Science & IT partners. Manage upstream and downstream dependencies (i.e. blockages) for stories within a backlog Embrace a Lean-Agile mind-set Strategic Partner with various business areas and business/IT partners to understand their needs and pain points Requires Bachelors degree in related field; certifications in BA, BSA, and Project Management preferred; 8 or more years experience with leading requirements development efforts; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Working knowledge of healthcare. Manual QA experience Requires a basic understanding of testing/product quality processes, tools and methods including Agile methodologies. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand solution dependencies and manage solution integration required. Strong knowledge and experience with Agile tools such as Jira/Kanban boards and training in facilitation preferred.
