Coordinate and manage the testing resources, including. assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the testing team. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices. Execute test cases and record test results, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
