You will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and ensure successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of OpenText products. Your deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills will contribute to enhancing the client's experience and achieving their business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, challenges, and goals. Provide professional guidance on the selection and configuration of OpenText solutions to address specific client needs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and architect OpenText solutions that align with the client's requirements and best practices. Configure, customize, and integrate OpenText software to meet client-specific needs while adhering to industry standards. Manage end-to-end solution implementation, including system setup, data migration, testing, and troubleshooting. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OpenText software suite, including Content Suite, Documentum, Capture Center, Process Suite, etc. Stay updated with the latest advancements and updates in OpenText technology and provide insights on how they can benefit clients. Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful delivery of OpenText solutions within scope, budget, and timeline. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure they are proficient in using and managing OpenText solutions. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues that arise after implementation. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, configurations, user guides, and best practices for clients and internal teams. Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance project efficiency and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as an OpenText Consultant or similar role, with a strong track record of successful solution implementations. In-depth understanding of OpenText software suite and its various modules. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL) for customization and integration tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
