Prepare compensation data analytics based on market studies and comparative analysis Establish compensation structures and salary ranges that help to retain and reward a high performing workforce Conduct research using a variety of compensation and data analytic tools and resources Support efforts of a class series (also known as a job family structure) deconsolidation Build a new compensation structure QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years experience of performing compensation analysis in a large organization. Minimum of 3 years experience identifying, analyzing, and interpreting data using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns. Proficient with Office Suite software, particularly Excel. Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices. Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential.
