Hybrid Onsite Schedule (3 days on/2 days remote) Must have LEGIT experience on resume and show hands on experience with Nucleus One and ETQ and MUST be able to answer questions during the interview about these technologies from past experience, if not I will pass. o https://nucleus.one/ o ETQ is an enterprise quality management software, brings together critical quality functions like document control, training management, audit management, CAPA, risk assessment, and more. Responsibilities: Must have experience with Nucleus One tool and ETQ. Perform software application development and administration. Develop and implement continuous improvements for software applications in production. Provide day-to-day application support and technical expertise. Manage, configure, and implement application change requests and bug fixes. Coordinate efforts between Business and IT to facilitate application support. Plan IT project and non-project work to meet defined business goals. Identify business goals related to quality management systems and applications. Ensure internal IT and related Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (RAQA) processes and procedures are followed. Provide technical support for Software Application and Project Management. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design integration solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
