Please send me your candidates updated Resume to [email protected] Role: D365 Commerce Functional Lead Location: Roseville, CA (Hybrid) Job Roles / Responsibilities: Mandatory F&O , D365 , implementation and Upgrade Total relevant experience of 7-8 years in MS AX 2012 and MS D365 Retail/Commerce Functional Lead and implemented at least 4-5 end to end implementation of Dynamics 365 Retail/Commerce module. Knowledge of Life Cycle Services, Retail Architecture, B2B and B2C business and implementation. Should have understanding of end-to-end ecommerce business functions include site management, Order management, Fraud protection, enhanced store collaboration and fulfilment including marketplace. Function as a subject matter expert for Defining application requirements and preparing use cases for retail and ecommerce implementation. Conversant with Retail Operations, POS and Site builder tools along with Supply Chain Modules of D365. Should have understanding of site creation and content management using templates, modules and fragments in Dynamics 365 site builder. Should be able to manage the entire configuration setups/masters in D365 for all the Retail Stores, POS and Commerce Online stores. He must have a detailed understanding on card payments processing at POS level and call centre plus omnichannel payment processing. Relevant Dynamics 365 Certifications would be an added advantage. Able to understand the requirement to do a fitment analysis and able to do a technical estimate for GAPs. Resource should be able to well verse in understanding and documenting the requirement, creating FDD and solution design document, able to test the application, writing test cases, able to train core team, assist team is resolving UAT issues. Resources should be able to travel onsite at customer locations in California for some project specific meetings/workshops.
