Notes from the last time this was open- They need a developer, not a manager. They saw a lot of managers before. They need someone doing the hands on work. The interview process is going to be tough and technical. Anything on their resume is fair game. They do not want anyone new to AEM. Looking for at least 5 years of AEM experience If the candidate is relocating, they need to work onsite day 1 of the contract. They cant ask for multiple weeks to relocate. So please have those conversations with your candidate.
