Position: Oracle Administrator Location: Remote Rate: $50/hr on C2C Required Skill: 7+ years expertise in system design, installation, configuration, tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting & problem resolution. 3-5 years CI/CD implementation, application development, systems automation or configuration management preferred Experience leveraging and managing CI/CD tool chain products like Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, etc. Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet Experience with scripting and automation programming - languages like Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell Experience with enterprise platforms, operating systems, web applications and micro-services Experience with containers and container management technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, etc. Experience with Red Hat RHEL 6/7 and Oracle Linux 6/7 Monitoring and administration of Oracle Linux OS and its components Monitoring and administration of Oracle Linux OS and its components (disks, mount points, packages, users etc.) Demonstrated success in automating server builds, standardizing images, and managing Linux systems via central management tools Excellent documentation skill Preferred Skills 10+ years expertise in architecture, system design, installation, configuration, tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting & problem resolution. Experience with architecting/designing/maintaining/overseeing Oracle Exadata Database Machine architecture to include Exadata X9, PCA, and/or ZDLRA Experience with managing multiple Oracle Exadata Database Machines and/or Private Cloud Appliances Advanced knowledge in Exadata QPD patching as well as applying patches to Exalytics servers Experience with implementing Exadata quarterly upgrades/patches, to include rolling patches Extended experience with migrating Oracle database/application servers from AIX/VMware to Exadata Experience with Red Hat RHEL 6/7, Oracle Linux 6/7, AIX 7 Scripting in PERL, Python, or Shell Experience with the following technologies a plus: DataGuard GoldenGate ZDLRA Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Regards, Abhishek Garg |[email protected] Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment golang |
