Experience of Salesforce configurations & customizations with at least 1 valid Salesforce Certification End to end experience in business analysis from requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, and implementation Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and implementation of business applications and production support Adept at communicating with the business, technical & user communities. Versatile and easily adaptable to changing workloads. Being agile is key!
