Ideal candidate will have deep understanding of legacy contact center platforms like Cisco, Avaya or Genesys, along with the thirst/mentality to solve day-to-day contact center operational problems in call routing, building tools to improve agent/workforce manager experiences, reporting and troubleshooting. Experience in any of the top cloud solutions (AWS, Azure or GCP) Proficient in at least one of ReactJS, JavaScript or TypeScript. Have experience in building systems in any language and love learning. An expert in building and utilizing JSON data sources. Ability to write code for integrating applications with APIs/Webservices with complex authentication and processing requirements.
