Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SharePoint Product Manager to lead the development and management of our SharePoint-based solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of our SharePoint products.

Responsibilities:
Lead the product lifecycle of SharePoint solutions, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and pain points, translating them into actionable product features.
Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality SharePoint solutions.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
Act as the subject matter expert for SharePoint products, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SharePoint and collaboration tools.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Manage the product lifecycle, including release planning, feature prioritization, and end-of-life decisions.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Provide leadership and mentorship to product team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on SharePoint solutions.
Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA.
Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical product specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of successful product launches and ongoing product management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
