Note Please share local profiles Position - Java Support Lead Location Carlsbad, CA// Onsite Exp. + yrs Contract Ro les & Responsibilities The L2 tech support candidate shall have 5yrs of experience in tech support with java background and /or have knowledge /experience of Application Support Excellent troubleshooting skills, and Communication skills. Co-ordinate with the Client, Users/Operations team and Development team for resolution of the tickets. Experienced with production support processes and ITIL framework Familiar with tool like ServiceNow, JIRA . Management of offshore onshore communication and collaboration To perform the troubleshooting on the software application support ticket/issues, Proactively provide status update to the leads/managers and offshore Lead. Experience in working in 24*7 Monitoring / Support Team. Work on bug fixes as identified in QA, UAT Experienced in a support environment: support process, escalation protocol, and adherence to SLA (service level agreement) Technical and Domain support to team members Must-Have Minimum 5-7 years of IT experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in a Advance Java/ PL/SQL . Must have experience in Leading the Support team (Min 20 Member) Should possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Should be able to communicate with clients on daily basis and update them on status of work. Should be able to communicate the client requirement, concerns etc to offshore team. Should be able to handle onshore -offshore collaboration. Should have excellent technical knowledge on Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, Jquery. Experience in Server Maintenance and Deployment activity. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Should be able to guide the team technically. Should have experience of ITIL processes.
