Must have experience in Leading the Support team (Min 20 Member) Should possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Should be able to communicate with clients on daily basis and update them on status of work. Should be able to communicate the client requirement, concerns etc to offshore team. Should be able to handle onshore -offshore collaboration. Should have excellent technical knowledge on Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, Jquery.
