You will not only work on production support activities like incident, change, problem management but also on certification support for multiple clients. As a part of your production support activities, you will be on call after office hours and work on weekends as needed. You will create production run books, maintain change registers and perform impact analysis for production issues worked upon. You will have the opportunity to work with the best talent in the Fintech industry and provide production support for innovative, high quality and largest financial solutions to meet our clients business needs. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: At least 2 plus years of AWS cloud application support experience with EC2, Load balancer, Autoscaling, AMI, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, VPC, RDS- (MySQL Arora) services At least 2 plus years of experience in Unix/Linux, Oracle, Scheduling tools, Java and Apache or Nginx. At least 2 plus years of experience in L2/L3 production support activities, application/platform monitoring At least 2 plus years of working experience on Aurora MySQL and Oracle databases. Troubleshooting with Docker containers ITIL certification is a plus Experience with enhanced monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics, DynaTrace and MoogSoft will be preferred Hands on experience with incident/change/problem management and ticketing tools like Service Point, Remedy, CA Service Desk etc. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong communication & articulation skills Ability to work in team environment Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Model Working experience as application production support Engineer in a 24x7 uptime environment.
