Implement process improvements Education and professional experience Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another four-year degree with significant IS experience OR equivalent experience. 7+ years of HCM systems support experience. Preferred Workday experience 7+years of development experience using.NET and MS SQL server technologies Must have experience with C#, , Entity Framework, Java Script, XMLand Excel Must have experience with SSRSand SSIS Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to translate business needs and priorities into processes and systems requirements Must be highly organized and process oriented.
