Formulate, uphold, and execute manual test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Adhere meticulously to established software engineering best practices and industry standards. Propose refinements for processes, exemplar practices, and standardized procedures. Analyze and comprehend requirements to devise automated test scenarios. Identify avenues to enhance the sustainability of the automation platform. Apply test-driven design principles to scrutinize and troubleshoot self-developed and collaborator-authored automated solutions and software utilities. Produce precise and sustainable code for test automation and software utilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience and education. Over 3 years of hands-on experience in software automation. Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology. Proficient in creating test plans, devising test scenarios, and executing tests. Practical experience in crafting and sustaining testing frameworks such as Selenium (TestNG), JMeter, and Postman. Strong command of a programming language like C#, Java, or JavaScript. Sound comprehension of web services testing, including familiarity with RestAssured. Familiarity with Jenkins as a Continuous Integration (CI) tool and its configuration. Proficiency in working with SQL databases. A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and cultivate robust partnerships both within and outside the organization. Experience driving end-to-end innovation processes hands-on.
