Job title:: Oracle Developer HealthInsurance Lead Location: Remote Rate: 65-70/hr on C2C We are looking for a Lead developer with experience and expertise and working knowledge in US healthcare payer claims processing using OHI (Oracle Health Insurance). Skills and experience required: Participated in all phases of OHI tool implementation in the US Healthcare payer system Should have good knowledge end to end claims process including claim adjudication, summary of benefits, benefit application in claims, and claims-accumulator updates Should have hands on experience with claims processing in OHI Experience in handling different claim types based on the service availed, benefits and type of insurance Hands-on experience in customising the OHI tool based on the healthcare payer plans Knowledgeable in provider and membership sides of the healthcare business and able to apply those in adjudication and accumulator processes 6-10 years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years of OHI experience and 2-4 years in a Lead level role In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and procedures Experience handling multi-vendor teams in large client environments Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Skill 1 8 Yrs. of Exp Oracle Health Insurance Skill 2 2 Yrs. of Exp Healthcare payer Skill 3 4Yrs. of Exp claims Skill 4 4 Yrs. of Exp Software Development Good To have Skills Skill 1 6 Yrs. of Exp Claims Processing The job responsibilities of a leader include: Providing technical direction to the team Coaching and mentoring junior engineers Participating in the creation and development of the OHI tool in the customer environment Making certain that engineering practices are followed Keeping-delivery quality high Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related subject is required Regards Felix Ahmed [email protected] Keywords: information technology |
