Very good communication skills to take up Dev, client, and onsite communication. Candidate should have worked on Worksoft Automation at a minimum of 3 years Communication should be excellent Should be willing to learn new libraries and apply them in project quickly Willing to learn UI automation test frameworks Roles and Responsibilities Analyse the requirements/User stories and develop test cases Execute the TCs & log defects Analyse the automation requirements and develop test plan or test approach, derive test estimations Develop automation scripts & execute them for the releases Participate in Dev/Business scrum calls, work closely with application development team for the requirements gathering and resolve the challenges Interpersonal skills required Well versed with Functional/Manual Testing and testing documentation Hands on Automation Testing of web applications (Selenium or any tool) Good communication skills and should be able to handle the projects independently Should be flexible and ready to support when required and able to work in handshake model with offshore counter parts.
