Role: QA Lead Location: New York (Day 1 onsite) Experience: 8 10 years Job Description: Well versed with Functional/Manual Testing and testing documentation. Hands on Automation Testing of web applications (Selenium or any tool). Candidate should have worked on Worksoft Automation at a minimum of 3 years. Should be flexible and ready to support when required and able to work in handshake model with offshore counter parts. Very good communication skills to take up Dev, client, and onsite communication. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Analyze the requirements/User stories and develop test cases. 2. Execute the TCs & log defects. 3. Analyze the automation requirements and develop test plan or test approach, derive test estimations. 4. Develop automation scripts & execute them for the releases. 5.
