Please find the below JD and share your interest, Role: Technical Business Analyst with AI Location: NYC, NY Contract duration : 12 Months Need hybrid model from Day 1 Educational Qualification: 10+ years of experience working as Technical Business Analyst Knowledge of BFSI domain and Wealth Management business Minimum BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or a related field., Information Management or other relevant field Primary skills oKnowledge of Wealth Management business and Client Onboarding & Account opening oUnderstanding of chatbots/ LLM/ML oExperience in creating and working on policy , procedures, guardrails or CoE would be beneficial oUnderstanding of design documentation Functional & Non-Functional specifications, Technical Architecture, Process flows, Technical and Data sequence flows, Integration specifications oExperience in participating Production Support and Triaging discussions and ability to analyze the incidents/defects to identify failure/improvement areas oExperience in MS office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Jira, oGood understanding of technology stack and N-tier architecture, UX, UI, APIs/Web services, business workflow, MQ, database, SQLs and batch processing oUnderstand business objectives. Working with users to formulate business & system requirements. oIdentifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices. oIdentifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior oGood understand of synchronous, asynchronous business workflow and processing. oExperience in agile, for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams.
