| Hi Greetings from Canopy One Solutions, Please go through below requirement if you are comfortable, please share your updated resume to my email id: [email protected] Position: Cloud Program Manager Location: Houston, TX (Onsite/ Hybrid) Hours: 40 hours a week Duration: 6+ Months Contract Experience:10+ Full Description: CATO Program (Cloud Acceleration, Transformation and Optimization) 3 year program focused on transformation and optimization of application portfolio and their infrastructure platform to support Digital Transformation and drive down IT cost Background & Context A disposition was conducted on the entire application portfolio on a previous initiative STAR where cost optimization was a driving factor 4 Dispositions/Initiatives came out of the disposition exercise: Cloud Migration, Decommissioning, Application Modernization and Application Consolidation The CATO program then was executed in 2022 and the focus was mainly around the foundation of the cloud (policies/framework/methodology/pilots) and then focus on 2 of the 4 dispositions Cloud Migration-Migration applications identified as candidates for rehost to Azure cloud and Decommissioning-Decommissioning applications identified for retirement Vision/Benefits Cost Optimization & Digital Business Acceleration & Innovation Reduced O&M spend annually Improved recovery options for the business at lower costs Scale utilization based on demand and business need fluctuation Enhance service offering to the business with Cloud Accelerate growth to cloud for innovation and competitive advantage in the utilities industry Improved resiliency and risk mitigation Job Description Senior project manager Experience in leading cloud migration programs Manages entire program and is the face for the program including updates to Senior Leadership and multiple stakeholders Tracks overall program budget within SAP including processing and paying all invoices, completing Accounting documents and completing monthly forecasting Experience in Microsoft Project to maintain program schedule and track all workstreams Provides deliverable updates, benchmark data, financials/cost savings, risks, etc. to stakeholders on a regular basis Key focal point for all program related questions whether it is related to timeline, scope, budget, risks, issues, etc. Follows all CNP PMO methodology on tracking project and the appropriate deliverables/processes/guidelines Assist all stakeholders through testing documentation, inputting changes for change management, all coordination/tracking Manage changes to project scope, schedule and project costs Identify any inter-dependencies between various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks identified, mitigated and communicated Manage the agreed scope of program to ensure that change request are called out, agreed upon and adjusted against timeline Perform resource management and risk management Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills Ravi Kumar Danda Tel:703-831-8282 Ext. 2570 Email: [email protected] Web:www.canopyone.com -- Keywords: information technology golang Idaho Texas |
