Location: Louisville, KY (Permanent remote)

Duration: Contract

Inputs from customer: Senior technical team member who can work independently, analyze issues/requirements and design/solution as per need.

Skill set needed for this position - Salesforce, Omniscript, Mulesoft integration (functional knowledge), Leads conversion, Health cloud etc.

Description: The SFDC Technical Lead is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance.

The SDFC Technical Lead work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The SDFC Technical Lead works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release.

Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.

Supports product evaluation and qualification on technology components.

Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements.

Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.

Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Substantial Experience with Salesforce and associated infrastructure

Experience with unit testing and mocking

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Six Sigma certification

Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes Ability to drive and bring improvements to process & quality across the organization.

Strong understanding of impacts upstream and downstream Knowledge of SDLC
