Skills: Snowflake Highly Required Data Vault Highly required DBT (Data Build Tool) experience - Highly required Enterprise Data Architecture Kimball Modeling Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, setting clear standards, goals, and expectations to ensure the successful delivery of data solutions. Define and enforce data architecture standards across the organization, aligning them with industry best practices and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that support both current and future business needs. Leverage your expertise in Snowflake and DBT to architect and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and performance. Champion the use of modern data architecture methodologies, such as Data Vault and Kimball Modeling, to create a robust and scalable data foundation. Requirements: 10+ years of professional experience in data architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level data solutions. Strong proficiency in Snowflake, DBT (Data Build Tool) and Data Vault, with experience working in cloud-based environments, preferably Azure-hosted Snowflake instances. Previous experience leading and managing teams of Data Engineers, fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence. In-depth understanding of Data Vault and Kimball Modeling methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data challenges and provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient and effective data models.
