Role : Salesforce Administrator Location : Santa Cruz, CA Contract : Long Term Job Summary : The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and configuration of the "UR Salesforce Environment" (this environment includes UR Salesforce CRM, and associated Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated applications). The Salesforce Administrator will work with the Information Management Team, campus Information Technology Services (ITS), SMEs, vendors, end users, and other key stakeholders and campus partners to understand business requirements; and to design, enhance, and maintain the UR Salesforce Environment to meet these requirements. The Salesforce Administrator will lead the support of the data integrations between the UR Salesforce Environment and other campus systems (e.g. data warehouse), Hyland Perceptive document imaging, online community services (including online event registration, online giving, and online membership forms), and other systems that may be integrated. In the execution of this role, this position applies professional concepts, department/unit and campus/medical center/Office of the resident policies and procedures to resolve various complex issues in one or more IT areas of specialization. Analyzes complex issues. Within defined procedures and practices, determines appropriate action.
