Knowledge of healthcare data and workflows. Epic Cogito Fundamentals certification Preferred to have experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik; experience with Epic module Healthy Planet or data models Clarity and Caboodle; experience with data modeling and data warehouse design Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide solutions Perform thorough testing and QA on new reports and changes to existing reports to ensure accuracy and quality Document work, adhere to standard processes, and communicate with end users for the effective use and support of reporting solutions Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues Provide training and guidance to end users on how to use Epic reporting tools and data sources Stay current with Epic updates, enhancements, and best practices for Cogito reporting Required qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Keywords: quality analyst business intelligence Idaho Nebraska |
