Resolution Plan Analyst Role: 1. Coordinate delivery and tracking of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, and actions 2. Aggregate individual DB work stream status reports as collected by DBs workstream leads and prepare a summary status report for DBs project manager 3. Assist with DB project stakeholder communications 4. Based upon Living Wills criteria for flagging issues, prepare project issues reports which will enable management to escalate issues for management action. US Resolution plan section reviews: 1. Quickly understand Dodd-Frank US Resolution Plan requirements and deliverable 2. Assess existing write-up to determine refresh and improvements needed 3. Coordinate with management and subject matter experts across business and infrastructure functions to manage timely completeness of write-up 4. Incorporate feedback into write-ups from reviews from the workshops and by project management, senior Americas COO and Risk management, internal legal and outside counsel 5. Ensure write-ups are consistent across other Resolution Plan sections Required Skills 1. Possess project management expertise in managing complex projects against predefined milestones and ensuring escalations are coordinated in a timely and efficient manner. Project management skills include delivering and managing against a project plan and tight timeline, providing regular status updates both written and verbal and effectively managing of escalations. 2. Advanced use of MS Powerpoint, Word, and Excel 3. Possess writing and communication skills to support delivery of resolution plan sections. 4.
