This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual who can collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable steps. As a Senior Application Support Administrator, you will take overall responsibility for the development, implementation, delivery, maintenance, continuity, and support of their core NetSuite ERP system. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain connectors with other software used in the organization. In this role, you will optimize the functionality of NetSuite and supporting systems, ensuring that all users are well-trained and equipped with the knowledge to effectively utilize the systems to their fullest potential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and daily management of business applications, providing general system administration. Prioritize and independently execute activities based on tickets and support requests. Collaborate with 3rd party services, IT team members, and internal stakeholders to manage system configuration, including design decisions and data migration. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business application functionality, customization, and integration. Develop, run, distribute, implement, and support in-depth dashboards, searches, and operational reports to provide valuable insights into data needs for all team functions. Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to meet business requirements, including User Acceptance Testing tasks. Build, implement, and maintain proper system permissions access for all user roles. Ensure system configuration, data integrity, and adherence to all system-related policies and procedures. Provide front-line support for all users, addressing NetSuite, data maintenance, and other business application-related inquiries. Plan and design integration strategies for seamless data flow between applications and systems. Analyze data sources and target systems, mapping data fields, and defining transformation rules. Extract data from source systems, transform it according to requirements, and load it into the target system or data warehouse. Perform data validation checks and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and complete data integration. Identify and troubleshoot data integration issues, implementing solutions to optimize processes. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards during integration. Document integration processes, data flows, and transformation rules for future reference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate integration efforts and communicate progress and challenges. Monitor integration processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance optimizations. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in application integrations and data warehousing. Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support and all 3rd party integration partners. Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that the design and functionality of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system drive value and efficiency for the organization. Review upgrades to assess their impact on processes, configurations, and customizations. Analyze complex problems and leverage NetSuite capabilities to provide effective solutions. Be available on-call 24/7 for system support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To excel in this role, the Senior Application Support Administrator must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience with Oracle Database, SQL Server & Statements, or other Query languages (preferred, not required). Education Requirements/Work Experience: A college degree with a technical or business management major is preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree with a technical or business management major from an accredited college/university in human resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience. 5+ years of NetSuite experience, including expertise in creating dashboards, custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and workflows. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Good knowledge of at least one scripting language.
