Advanced Cisco, OSF, EIGRP Fiber Optic experience Aruba Wireless, Checkpoint, Maestro Fieldwork VoIP Telephony Leadership and Mentorship Environment Cisco Networking Cisco Wireless Aruba Wireless Aruba ClearPass Network Administration Network Design FTP LAN-WAN Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) IEEE 802.11 Fiber Optic Networks Network Support Domain Name System (DNS) Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Hardware Design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of enterprise networks using LAN/WAN internetworking technology, including network protocols, management system and diagnostic tools Configuration, installation, operation and maintenance of network hardware, appliances, software and related servers Completion of several large campus Wireless deployments using Cisco and most recently Aruba Advanced troubleshooting of network incidents with successful and timely resolutions Offering direct technical support and assistance to network customers; participating in answering of questions and concerns from County personnel, departments and internal department inquiries Network Engineer III : Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, performs a variety of technical duties by providing technical support for local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs); administers, evaluates and modifies network systems to assure proper security and operation; resolves technology problems and provides for network enhancements; provides technical support and assistance to network customers; and does other related work as required.
