The Billing Transformation Lead will lead the North America business teams through a coordinated study around gathering business requirements, AS-IS business process design and analysis, assessment of current state systems and processes to build the foundation for the To Be system landscape with the objective of transforming the end-to-end processes which make up Billing through Cash application, Collections and Payment processing. This position is a strategic, dynamic role with several key responsibilities, including: Collaborating across the enterprise to achieve business goals, cross-functional leadership/partnership, delivering enterprise transformation strategy, business and compliance partner satisfaction, maximizing integrations and process efficiencies ensuring a holistic, value-added, seamless transition for the business. Duties/Responsibilities: Lead the business through requirements and process design workshops: Craft and hold business requirement and design workshops to gather a complete picture of current state AS IS business processes Utilize consultative approach in workshop execution, promote Best Practices Define and document Invoicing, Receivables, Collections and Cash application processes: Analytical approach to personalize processes to fit uniqueness of clients environment, customer needs while driving significant efficiencies under programs guiding principals Team oriented working across work streams to support cross-functional project needs. Lead cross-functional sessions to gather a complete picture of own workstream needs Able to identify, document Pain Points and significant process improvements; Work cross-functionally as a change agent to enact process improvements as part of TO BE processes Work as a team member directly with Solution Architecture team to develop and propose TO BE future state processes and application landscape within an Agile project life cycle environment Possess expert level knowledge of Oracle EBS (in the Cloud) Receivables, Collections and cash applications processes to minimize customizations Qualifications / Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Creative problem-solving skills, excellent documentation skills Clear, concise communicator who can negotiate, present and build consensus Ability to speak in business terms and influence key stakeholders Intellectual curiosity Education and Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of Receivables, Collections and cash application experience preferably in Oracle EBS 6+ years of consulting experience Professional process flow diagram skills to gather requirements, process documentation and present to business leadership for approval Experience determining best practice processes for TO BE target system landscape At minimum, 2 implementations of Oracle Receivables, Collections and cash application at version R12 or higher Experience implementing internal and external facing integrations (EDI, XML, etc.) with Oracle EBS Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile methodologies, user story generation and Epics to define business requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, business administration, finance or related field Experience with companies in the automotive or truck parts sector Experience with latest versions of Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite application (In the Cloud) Keywords: |
