Product Owner/ Product Manager with retail exp Rosemon, , IL (Onsite) Contracting Preferred (Candidate needs to be willing for C2H) Role & Responsibilities : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and meetings as required with the members of your Squad Work closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager and other stakeholders to help prioritize the most important objectives Coach the Development and Testing teams, Product Owners on Agile process and methodologies Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.) Participate & Contribute towards our Agile Transformation Journey Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution processes Create and foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all dependencies and impediments are understood so new features can be released in a timely manner Keep lines of communication open with all stakeholders to understand changing requirements and maintain the product backlog Manage the lifecycle of code development, from ideation to sprints to deployment Manage backlog, prioritize resolution of impediments raised by the team and help resolve the impediments Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress Maintain a strong business focus with an understanding of the current and strategic direction of Intact technologies. Anticipate problems and difficult situations and take necessary measures to resolve them. Ensure proactive and effective overall project communication at various levels. Manage ongoing relationship and expectation of the customer, senior management and project managers (when applicable). Provide input on direction of Agile practice and assist with ongoing development as required.
