Skills: Sustainability experience Agriculture experience (Food Industry) Oracle PO/OM (Order Management) background Job Description This role will be for an individual contributor who is self-directed and has a strong sense of ownership, primarily working with and supporting sustainability, farmer support and Agronomy R&D teams. Candidate should have good experience working in sustainability domain and excellent skills in data modelling and analytical work involving sustainability and agronomy data and processes. This role requires excellent understanding of procurement and quality aspects of supply chain is preferred. Knowledge of food supply chain is a plus. Previous experience implementing and configuring Oracle E-Business suite supply chain lifecycles (Procure- pay, order cash) is a plus. Candidate will be responsible in driving and supporting individual workstreams, provide gap analysis, supporting data ingestion and gathering user stories. Candidate will engage in day-to-day collaboration with business, product and engineering teams to understand and document the dependencies, design, specifications and key processes. Candidate should be able to provide constructive input and perspective to team conversations and effectively facilitate/negotiate through challenging situations. Candidate should leverage subject matter expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting moderately complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause. Candidate should be able to coordinate issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, business users and vendors as required and provide support for integration with various internal and external applications. Requirements: Strong knowledge of supply chain systems to enable complex, cross-functional operational capabilities, including but not limited to: Supply Chain Management (Planning, Procurement, Trading, Commodity Hedging, Quality) Sustainability (Ethical Sourcing, Socio-economic and Environmental Responsibility) Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, muti-domain system integrations. Good understanding of technical nuances and system architecture and an interest to learn and adapt to other products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis, data modelling and visualization. Familiarity with BI concepts and working knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, others) Experience assessing, implementing, and supporting SaaS / third-party hosted applications. Experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria of a product feature, refining product backlogs, and delivering in an agile environment. Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the design and development of technology and/or process solutions. Strong understanding of technical nuances and system architecture to determine technical impacts and obtain alignment with business teams to balance business and technical objectives. Participate in solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, coordinating test execution, and validating test results. Creates system and end-user documentation to support new system implementation, enhancement, deployment, and incident management efforts. Ddeliver training and knowledge transfer to the team members as required. Capable of using reporting/query tools like SQL to write simple to moderately complex ad-hoc queries and create operational/analytical reports. Experience is configuring, customizing Oracle E-business suite supply chain and finance applications including but not limited to Purchasing, Order management, Inventory, Payables, General Ledger is a plus.
