| Job Role: SAP FSCM Location: Libertyville, IL - Locals only A proven SAP FSCM Analyst. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid educational background and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization with a "roll-up your sleeves attitude. Understand business processes in Supply chain and related areas. Expertise and implementation experience of credit management on FSCM along with order management integration Interact with Business users to understand and document functional/non-functional requirements. Convert documented requirements and proposed solutions into solid systems designs to be developed by others, in India or the US. Analyze the design to understand areas of impact and develop test plans accordingly. Configure SAP system to meet design needs implement and deploy SAP FSCM solutions to achieve defined business goals Work with ABAP developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs. Assist Development staff in development and unit testing of these designs, regardless of development language. Develop test strategies and execute application test plans. Perform testing and assist testing staff in executing test plans in places where a separate testing team is available. Troubleshoot reported systems issues, using data analysis and debugging tools as necessary. Serve as primary contact for handling support issues during India business hours. This includes, but is not limited to, end-user calls and scheduled batch job issues. To provide feedback to the Development team and Functional team to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements. Communicate regularly with Configuration Analysts at Corporate Headquarters to stay current on new and changed business processes and systems enhancements. To provide regular verbal communication and clear written documentation on all assignments. To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes. Should have knowledge in SAP ABAP and other related modules. Experience in integrating other applications/modules with SAP Ability to troubleshoot the performance issues and provide fixes for the same Technical Skills: Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP FSCM. Excellent organization, communication, analysis, and planning skills. Work experience within an environment following a structured SDLC methodology. Proven experience of testing complex test plans/scripts. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) software. Strong and polished English communication, both written and oral Knowledge of ABAP, FICO and Fiori a plus Relevant experience in Agile or Scrum Software Development methodologies Process Skills: Excellent Stakeholder Management Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skills Agile Development Methodology -- Keywords: information technology microsoft Illinois |
