Job Role: SAP OCM Location: Libertyville, IL - Locals only A proven SAP OCM Consultant who owns and handles all stakeholder process. Responsible for Stakeholder identification, readiness and communications (internal and external) at all levels and sites Identifies key personas and Stakeholders, and then engages and communicates according to the Comms & Event Plan. Responsible for creating and maintaining: - Persona Maps - Stakeholder Maps - Stakeholder List - Distribution List Creates and maintains a high-level Communications & Event plan - -Keeps a rolling 90-day detailed plan to align with project milestones - -Provides weekly updates to OCM Lead/PMO - -Incorporates Change Impact mitigation needs/activities Works with OCM Lead & PMO to assess site/plant-specific communication needs and challenges; identifies and implements best-in-class strategies for these needs and challenges including - Identifies and executes strategies specifically designed for non-literate end-users - Addresses communicating with end-users w/out a login/laptop - Refines/revises strategies as site-specific needs/preferences are identified (i.e., to address scaling considerations) Measures readiness of key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle (surveys, interviews, etc.) Ensures accuracy of content; follow proper OCM QA and approval process for all communications. Ensures all communications are delivered and executed according to the plan, including (but not limited to): - Non-electronic communications/events - Executive sponsors/leadership communications/evets Measures effectiveness of communications and adjusts accordingly (i.e., scaling considerations as well as non-electronic communications). Ensures key personas and stakeholders are appropriately engaged and communicated to via: - Stakeholder Readiness Approach - Stakeholder Readiness Plan - Town hall, Infocast, Roadshow (actual events TBD) content development and delivery tracker - Execution and support of the Change Champion Network Technical Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or commiserate experience. At least 7 years total SAP systems experience implementing S/4 and ECC manufacturing solutions. Strong functional and business knowledge in different SAP OCM modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong continuous improvement mindset. Strong knowledge of agile delivery techniques and tools. Ability to organize & balance multiple projects/priorities. Experience with FDA, global trade compliance practices and import procedures a plus. Must be self-motivated with capability to work independently. Availability for 10-15% overnight domestic travel.
