| From: Felix Ahmed, Spar information system [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Its a backfill position -- Senior Business Analyst With Healthcare and SAFE -- VA Position: Senior Business Analyst With Healthcare and SAFE Job Location:- Richmond, VA /Norfolk, VA (Day 1 Onsite, 3 Days in Office is Must) Max Rate: $60/Hr on C2C All INC Health Care Experience is Mandatory Experience working as Sr BSA in SAFE projects Certification in SAFE is Mandatory Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Agile Craft etc. Experience working with multiple business groups and distributed teams As an essential duty to include, but are not limited to: Experience in coordinating with Offshore team/s May need work with project teams with regards to testing tasks, to verify the expected results as per business objectives. Experience on creation of project initiation documents such as business requirement documents. Experience on creation of functional requirements to fulfill the business requirements. Experience on conducting iterative meetings with users and stakeholders for requirement finalization, requirement refinement, documentation and getting the users and stakeholders approvals. Experience to capture all the non-functional requirements for quality of service based on performance, scalability, security and usability. Experience on performing requirements gathering and analysis, estimating time required for project completion, preparing schedules, design documentation, design reviews and development, testing and deployment of application enhancements, as well as project planning. Experience on helping the application users in understanding the application and setting up an environment to make the application successful. Experience on providing trainings to business group and end users on the application and documenting the learning. Ensure that the project team fully understand the project requirements specifications and that testing results correspond to the business expectations/needs Analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in the health care insurance industries desired; Excellent written, verbal. Required education and experience: Requires BA/BS degree or technical institute training 8 or more years experience on one platform, multi database, multi-language or multi business application, analytics and reporting, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
