| Role: ETL Data stage Location: NYC, NY onsite PROJECT DESCRIPTION M&O Services for DSS Application Systems: Under this initiative, the combination of technologies, applications and services continues to be refined periodically through a continuous improvement process achieved by the partnership with various DSS divisions, outside service organizations, and contractors. This partnership is intended to ensure full alignment of a state-of-the-art information technology strategy with the business goals of DSS and results in the information technology that fully supports and empowers staff, clients and partners to maximize service delivery. It also involves implementation of information technology policies and standards as well as executing all data security requirements, information technology planning and acquisition activities and technology training within the Agency. Tasks & Duties Create and Develop Web Application specifications Design and develop ETL using IBM Infosphere Datastage using components such as Datastage Designer, Datastage Director, Datastage Administrator and Quality Stage. Develop UNIX shell scripting to support and automate the ETL processes. Design solution architecture and solution experience across multiple architecture domains such as data integration and application. Perform Testing/Evaluation Perform requirements analysis Perform data warehousing, data modeling and data mining. Provide Quality Assurance and problem resolution support. Required Skills Minimum 4 Years Proficiency in IBM Infosphere DataStage. Minimum 4 Years Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting to support and automate the ETL process. Minimum 4 Years Experience with solution architecture and solution experience across multiple architecture domains, such as data integration and application. Minimum 4 Years Experience with multiple successful DW Design and Implementations. Minimum 4 Years Strong Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with architecture, design, planning, estimation, modeling, development, testing, implementation. -- Keywords: information technology New York |
